Michelle is the founder and CEO of Global Policy House, an investment, digital economy and blockchain solutions group exploring emergent technologies including Blockchain, AI and others in the context of emerging markets, trade, finance, enterprise and sustainable development. Often referred to as a young thought leader and investor in the Blockchain and Finance space, Michelle has been recognised as one of the “Top 10 Woman in Blockchain in Africa”; and one of “Top 40 Global Fellow for Fintech4Good “working with the UN and many other international institutions. A Senior Advisor to several governments including the Government of Bermuda, African Union, UK Government and other Global institutions. In addition, Michelle is the African lead for the International Chambers of Commerce, United Kingdom and Ambassador for the World Union of Small Medium Enterprises. In these and numerous other capacities, Michelle works across borders to source finance and evaluate the impact of emerging technology for different segments, helping to educate through executive education programmes and a range of capacity building initiatives. Her company Global Policy House is the only Black Female African owned Blockchain and Digital Economy group focused on emerging markets and minority group support. Michelle is passionate about helping groups especially women and young people to understand how to leverage digital tools to build capacity, bring new digital solutions and drive forward inclusive, sustainable and scalable development around the world.
