Nadia Hewett is the project lead for the Data for Common Purpose Initiative. She leads projects at the Forum that shape the future of technology governance in Data Policy and blockchain. Under her leadership, deliverables focus on unlocking data and 4IR technologies to benefit society while protecting users from risks associated with the data economy. Prior, she was with Maersk and charged to recommend direction and priorities to disrupt the transportation industry. She has lived and worked across Asia, Europe, Africa and the last decade in the Americas. She possesses a deep passion for addressing critical, complex issues facing society. She holds an MBA with Kellogg School of Management and a BA at Stellenbosch University, South Africa.
